Welcome to Chengdu Kunhong Animal Medical Industry Co., Ltd.

We are the 15th largest veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturer in China. In 2006, we obtained GMP Certification for our 14 production lines. Since 2003, we have been qualified for manufacturing finished veterinary pharmaceutical branded & generic products (including injectable/bolus/suspension/premix & water soluble powder/pour-on/herb extractions/disinfectors) in the international market. We are looking for export opportunities.

Founded in 2002 by Dr. Zha Fu (D. V. M.), we are located in the largest industry park in central China, near Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan. Our current production unit covers an area of 7 acres, and our second unit which has same size as the first one, same blueprint but better equipment was in production in June 2008.

Dr. Zha Fu was born in a poor mountain village and become successful throughout years of hard study and work. As a social entrepreneur, he provides job opportunities to handicapped people, provides them with work skill training programs and positions them in appropriate production sections such as packaging and quality control. Our 280 employees include 10% handicapped people. It is the fact that China has 83 million handicapped people but only 23 million are employed, around 9 million employable handicapped people have no jobs and the number increases 300,000 a year.

Since 1989, Dr. Zha Fu has been working in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry and has successfully prompted a manufacturer to be among the top 50 manufacturers in China. He has been demonstrating the excellence of his leadership in Kunhong again. With 5 years' efforts, Kunhong was also recognized as one of the top 50 leading veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturers in China in 2006. Our domestic annual sales volume has been over US$10 million in the past 2 years, though we haven't developed overseas market. Currently we are actively working with international colleagues to explore the possibility of OEM and ODM cooperation.

In addition to the products we manufacture and intend to export, we also have the capability of formulating any animal health product (medicine) to meet the live stock requirements. We focus on providing specific packaging and label solutions for our overseas customers to meet individual market requirements.
